Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

• You must contact us within 14 days.

• Ensure that the goods are in their original condition, then securely wrap in the original packaging, including our delivery slip.

• Use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service to return your package to the following address.

• You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us in respect of the order.

• We will refund money using the same method used to make the payment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS

• You will be responsible for any additional charges (if applicable) or postage costs for returning any products to us, except where we make an error by, for instance, sending you a product that does not match items that you ordered.

• Return of items is at your own risk, so it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are insured when returned to us. You are obliged to keep the goods in your possession until you return them to us, and to take all reasonable care of the goods.

• The products ordered or delivered relate to the supply of bespoke products that are made on the basis of an individual choice of or decision by you, or goods that are clearly personalised including engravings, custom stones, custom ring size or combination several different products which are ‘made to order’; or

• The products are sent to us worn, soiled, damaged or altered, in which case, they will be returned to you (or to the sender as the case maybe).
